Just one last post before our adventurous weekend. I gave Natalie her big birthday present this morning a day early.
It’s a hit!

She loves it and so does her little sister. It was hard to get them to stop playing with it so we could eat lunch. Dana was right when she said it’s hours of entertainment! The fabric is from Amy Butler’s Love collection. I got mine at my local quilt shop, but there’s a great selection here.
Hope you all have a great Mother’s Day and I’ll be back Monday to show you what we’ve been up to.
That is fantastic. Great fabric choice too. I was thinking of something like that for my kids. Looks like now i need to stop thinking and get creating : )
Have a great weekend and Happy Birthday to your girl : )
I LOVE the bigger size. I’m sure this will be fun for a long time. The bedhead photos are also pretty awesome. 🙂
I need one of those for myself! Have an awesome weekend.
How pretty! I made a beanbag for Hazel from a very similar pattern (but without the cool handle and circle at each end) but it’s in boring old corduroy. But now I’ve got the idea of designer fabric beanbags in my mind…
Love it and the fabric choice! In fact, just bought the same fabric (but in oilcloth) just yesterday. I would love to make a half a dozen of these but I am so intimidated by the cost of the finished project. How much did it set you back?
Such a fun gift!
Happy Mother’s Day Anna!
That is super fun looking! Have a wonderful weekend and great Mother’s Day!
How fun!!! Your girls will have a blast with this, and I’m in love with that fabric 🙂
ca-ute fabric!! love their happy faces too, Sadie loves her beanbag, kids are so funny, huh?
LOVE the use of LOVE!!! Super fun gift!
What fun idea, I love it! And your girls are adorable!! 🙂
What a neat gift! Lucky girl, to have such a talented mom…
Fantastic gift!!!
that is gorgeous and fun…i love the action shots of your girls.
That is so stinkin cute!! How fun for those girls!! Do you mind me asking how much it cost in supplies to make one? I’ve been wanting to try it, but I figured between the filling and all the yardage, it’d be quite an investment.
Oh, also, I gave away three of your gathered clutches for mothers day gifts! Unfortunately, I finished them at 2 am and they were gifted today so sadly there were no pictures…thank you for the awesome project idea and tutorial!
oh my my my! Anna, yours is so darling! I LOVE the fabric choice. So girly and fun. I’ve never seen that print before. Just beautiful. And I’m glad your girls have been going crazy over it 🙂
Makes me even happier 🙂
Gosh that does look like great fun. I could just see my two getting up to the same mischief if they had one. Love it in the Amy Butler….
on the question of cost, I think it ended up to be about $75.
Great Job:)! What pattern for the bean bag did you use? If you posted that already I have add !! LOL
