knitting

another renfrew

I made another Renfrew hat for my mom this time, pattern by Jane Richmond, from her collection: ISLAND.  I just loved knitting this, it was so fun and since I had already made one I felt pretty good about it.

I used Madelinetosh Vintage in Moss for this one, my other hat was Madelinetosh Vintage in Wicked, both purchased from Eat.Sleep.Knit (thanks Shannon for the recommendation!).

I’ve been having so much fun looking into the world of knitting.  Ravelry is super incredible, it’s totally an amazing resource.  You can find me there @ noodleheadsews.  I love going through and picking out favorites, someday to hopefully knit a cardigan, I do love a cozy sweater!

I think next I’m going to make a pair of legwarmers, wohoo!
